Shema Kolainu - 10th Annual Legislative Breakfast
This morning, I was delighted to officially welcome Yidel Perlstein, Chairman of Community Board #12, at Shema Kolainu's 10th Annual Legislative Breakfast. I also took the occasion to discuss Jacob Ostreicher's intolerable situation in Bolivia.
